General Power of attorney done in person at the Consulate

• Should call the Embassy for an appointment
• ID of applicant (such as Ikrajkayd or a valid New Passport or U.S. Passport)
• The applicant should come in person to the Embassy to sign the general power of attorney
• A money order in the amount of $50.00 per signature per applicant payable to the Embassy of Lebanon
  Note: Please provide 1 copy of each original document you send.
 

Special Power of Attorney done in person at the Consulate

• Should call the Embassy for appointment
• ID of applicant (such as Ikrajkayd or a valid New Passport or U.S. Passport)
• The applicant should come in person to the Embassy to sign the special power of attorney
• A money order in the amount of $25.00 per signature per applicant payable to the Embassy of Lebanon
  Note: Please provide 1 copy of each original document you send.
